Martin is a SharePoint "Most Valuable Professional" (MVP) and speaks at international conferences on behalf of the SharePoint Product Team at Microsoft.
As Chief Solution Architect, Martin designs all of our solutions and leads the R&D, Engineering & Development, and Support teams at Point8020 Limited.
Martin enjoys mentoring the technical teams at Point8020 and drives the development of 'best-of-class' solutions.

Amar Shah
Senior Vice President, Sales & MarketingAbout Amar:
Amar Shah leads Point8020’s sales and marketing organizations and is responsible for product marketing, corporate marketing, market adoption, direct sales, and channel partners. He joined the company in 2011 with more than 12 years of experience in large IT organizations.
Amar Shah leads Point8020’s sales and marketing organizations and is responsible for product marketing, corporate marketing, market adoption, direct sales, and channel partners. He joined the company in 2011 with more than 12 years of experience in large IT organizations.
Before joining Point8020, Amar spent 3 years as a Transition Executive in Accenture's System Integration and Technology Division. During this period, he managed and led multi-million dollar transition projects of application maintenance and software development services for 5 Fortune 100 companies.
Prior to that he held a number of leadership positions with Microsoft and Oracle for over 9 years. During this period, he managed large online initiatives for some of the most visited enterprise and community web sites such as MSDN, TechNet, and Oracle's marketing and technical web portals.
Amar Shah holds an MBA in IT from Oregon State (OSU) and BS, Engineering from India.

Ashok Shah draws on more than 25 years of international experience in IT/Telecommunications services and software domains. He is currently Director at Point8020 Limited and also managing partner of CEPS Consulting LLC.
Ashok Shah draws on more than 25 years of international experience in IT/Telecommunications services and software domains. He is currently Director at Point8020 Limited and also managing partner of CEPS Consulting LLC.
Before CEPS Consulting, Ashok Shah was President of Alcatel-Lucent's Professional Services Business Division. He led the division to deliver the innovative thinking and project management discipline required to provide low-cost, high-value solutions to its service providers, enterprises and government clients worldwide.
Prior to joining Lucent, Mr. Shah held a number of leadership positions with Hewlett Packard (HP), Compaq Computer Corporation and Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC). At these organizations, he gained invaluable experience in the IT services and software space. During this period, he served in a number of roles including:
- Vice President of HP/Compaq North America Professional Services
- Asia Pacific Manager of Compaq’s Systems Integration Division
- Country Manager of DEC’s Joint Venture Software Division in India
- Subsidiary Manager of DEC’s IT Services Division in Iran
- General Manager of DEC’s IT Services Division in New York
Today, Mr. Shah continues advising various professional and community organizations across industries and verticals. Examples of roles he holds today include:
